1. Returns & Timeline

You have [10 days] from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging (including any jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates of authenticity).

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or personalized jewelry (including custom engravings or resized rings).

Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

Items marked as “Final Sale.”
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@twelsyjewelsy.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Return Shipping Costs: We will provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies (usually [5–10 business days]).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size of the exact same item. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@twelsyjewelsy.com.
